In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of European Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that Centro Ricambi Auto Srl, with registered office in Via del Gomito, 3/N-O, 40127 Bologna (BO), Italy, VAT 04252711207, as Data Controller, processes your data name, surname, email, phone, company, VAT number, shipping address, SDI code, ABI, CAB, IBAN to allow you access to the reserved area, which will allow you to access the services provided within the area dedicated to you. The provision of data for these purposes is the fulfilment of your request. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.
Your personal data will be processed manually, electronically and/or telematically, through the use of cookies (as indicated in the cookie policy available on the website) and by means of electronic computers using third-party software in accordance with the procedures set out in Articles 6 and 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures provided for.
Your data will be processed by appropriately appointed personnel and will be communicated externally to companies acting as independent Data Controllers or Data Processors:
- external parties providing cloud services;
- technical support service providers;
- group companies providing IT system management services, including server hosting and backup services;
